Position Description:

CGI is looking for a IT Operations Tarnsformation Officer to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Support the deployment of global initiatives linked with processes standardization, acting as SPOC towards the Initiatives owners, and as facilitator, reporter and advisor to the Products
Represent the specifics, constraints and requirements of Products during the design of the processes
Main Streams:
  • Processes Improvement & Standardization
  • SM/SO roles definition
  • Incident Mgmt Severity/Priority alignment
  • QoS Dashboard
  • IPC Process Standardization
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Ticketing Tool Deployment

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Follow up closely all topics related with the different ongoing streams
  • Attend meetings with different stakeholders and be able to filter relevant messages, identify potential issues and when appropriate provide status and progress report
  • Prepare all different support materials, such as presentations or exec summary
  • Work in parallel in different topics while being able to keep a “birds-eye-view”
  • Facilitate meetings and promote progress / ongoing actions
  • Problem solving
  • Delivery coordination.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Distributed teams’ coordination.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Professional And Technical Skills:
  • Excellent Communication skills;
  • Ability to work in complex environments (multi-cultural/multi-country/geographically distributed team);
  • Ability to work under pressure, with sense of responsibility and accountability for decisions taken;
  • Ability to anticipate issues and react promptly
  • Ability to work effectively with business partners, challenging where appropriate to give the best solution/results;
  • Ambition to manage large stakeholders pool.

Experience Required:
  • Degree in a relevant area, such as, Computer Science or similar Education.
  • Previous experience in the design or implementation of global processes (participation)

Language:
  • English: Independent user (B1 in Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

Other:
  • Availability to travel and to be relocated for short periods in other European countries.
